Office Procedures for Sinus

Vivaer®

Vivaer® is a minimally-invasive in-office nasal procedure that uses gentle, temperature-controlled radiofrequency energy to reshape and open blocked nasal pathways. It’s designed to relieve nasal obstruction symptoms with little to no downtime.

Rhinaer®

Rhinaer® is an office-based procedure that targets overactive posterior nasal nerves responsible for chronic runny nose, post nasal drip, and congestion. By applying precise temperature-controlled radiofrequency energy, it reduces nerve activity and helps patients breathe and feel better without surgery.

Neuromark®

Neuromark® is a new, minimally invasive treatment for chronic rhinitis that gently disrupts the overactive nerves inside the nose responsible for excess mucus and congestion. It’s performed in the office under local anesthesia and offers lasting symptom relief.

Submucous Resection Turbinate Reduction

Turbinate reduction decreases the size of the nasal turbinates—structures inside the nose that can swell and block airflow. This procedure helps improve breathing, reduce congestion, and may be done in the office. A cannula is inserted into the turbinate and the excess vascular tissue is reduced.

Balloon Sinus Procedures

Balloon sinus dilation is a minimally invasive technique that opens blocked sinus passages using a small balloon. The balloon is gently inflated to restore normal drainage and ventilation, relieving pressure, congestion and sinus headaches without removing tissue.

Balloon Eustachian Tube Procedure

This procedure treats chronic ear fullness or pressure caused by eustachian tube dysfunction. A small balloon is inserted through the nose and inflated briefly to open and restore normal function of the eustachian tube, improving ear comfort and hearing.

Polypectomy

A polypectomy removes nasal polyps—soft, painless growths inside the nasal passages or sinuses- that can block airflow and contribute to infections. It may be done endoscopically, in the office using the same equipment used in the operating room to improve breathing and sinus health.

Sinus Surgery

Endoscopic sinus surgery is a precise, minimally invasive operation performed through the nostrils to open blocked sinuses, remove polyps or treat chronic infections. It restores normal drainage and breathing while preserving healthy tissue.

Sinuva®

Sinuva® is a small, medicated sinus implant placed in the sinus cavity after surgery to reduce inflammation and nasal polyps. It slowly releases a corticosteroid over several months, helping maintain open sinus passages and improve breathing.
